(More customer reviews)Battery came in a timely manner and did not work properly. THEY CONTACTED ME TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS OK!!!!!!!!!!!! That is not a misprint, they sent me an email asking if the product was working satifactory. I sent them back a one line email stating the battery did not work but I wanted to keep the charger and just replace the battery. I promptly received a new email (with their apologies) stating that they are sending out a new battery immediately. I received it the next day ALONG with a postage paid return receipt. Not only did they send me a new battery without any hassles whatsoever, but they paid to ship it back! Who knew customer service still existed on the net. BTW, the new battery works great. I would HIGHLY recommend this company!
