(More customer reviews)For how much this thing costs it is a great buy and it does what it needs to do (charges batteries). The only down side is that it doesn't come with instructions but you can easily find a "how to" video on Youtube. My wife's USB connector died on her phone handset so she needed to charge her battery outside her phone. So that's why I decided to get this product and it charged her battery fully each time and now she can use her phone again until she gets a new one. Highly recommended product if this is your problem.
