I have it 4 stars because most of the other models from this manufacturer
that we have purchased for our phones charge when you slide the phone into the sleeve.
This one requires that you plug in the mini-usb connector. I guess the position of the charging
port forced them to do this.

I ordered several cradles for my girlfriend and her kids from
this vendor with extra batteries so they're not complaining
their phone is always dying (unless, of course they
forget to put it in the cradle or charge the extra battery.

BE CAREFUL. The pictures are not always accurate.
I ALWAYS BUY the Docking Cradle with the 2ND BATTERY
charger built-in the back. This way it charges the phone, but
also keeps a freshly charging battery in the cradle tray too.

I did have some questions and the vendors customer service was great!
