(More customer reviews)I recently purchased a new battery from the seller because my old battery was dying. After receiving the product, which served its purpose, I wrote a poor review of the seller and the product shipped because of the postage and handling situation. However, the seller contacted me within 5 minutes after sending the review apologizing for my bad experience and refunded me for my inconvenience. The seller more than made up for the product and fully came through by making the situation right again. As such, I would be more than willing to purchase more items from the seller in the future.
